Medical & Fitness Disclaimer

Effective September 16, 2026

The short version: Apex is general information for healthy adults, not medical advice. See your doctor before you start. Stop if something hurts or feels wrong. Numbers are estimates, meal plans can't account for allergies, and supplement claims aren't evaluated by the FDA.

Not medical advice

Apex provides general fitness and nutrition information for healthy adults. Nothing in the program, the site, emails, or the app is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it doesn't create a doctor-patient or dietitian-client relationship. Noah Rychlick is a coach, not a physician or registered dietitian.

Talk to your doctor first

Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, or haven't exercised in a while. The health check in the intake is a screening step, not a medical evaluation. Passing it doesn't mean a program is safe for you.

Stop if something feels wrong

Stop exercising right away if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, or shortness of breath beyond normal effort.

Chest pain, pressure, or trouble breathing? Stop and call 911 or your local emergency number.

Who Apex isn't for

Don't use Apex if you:

  • Are under 18
  • Are pregnant or gave birth in the past 6 months
  • Have a current or past eating disorder
  • Have a heart condition or high blood pressure, chest pain, dizziness or fainting, a chronic condition such as diabetes or kidney disease, an injury that exercise could worsen, or have been told to exercise only under medical supervision, unless your doctor has cleared you for exercise and diet changes

Nutrition numbers are estimates

Calorie, protein, carbohydrate, and fat targets are starting estimates from standard formulas and the information you give us. Everyone responds differently. Meal plans don't account for food allergies, intolerances, or medical diets: check every ingredient. Food values come from USDA FoodData Central and brand labels vary.

Supplements

The Supplement Guide is general information. Ask your doctor or pharmacist before taking any supplement, especially if you take medication, are pregnant, or have a medical condition.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Your responsibility

You decide what to do with this information and take part voluntarily, accepting the risk of injury that comes with training and changing how you eat. See the Terms of Service for the full assumption of risk and limitation of liability.
